Returns and Exchanges

30 Day Return or Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.  Returned items must be in unused, new condition, with all packaging fully intact.  

Exceptions

We do not offer returns on Used Boats, Sale Shack Items or Gift Cards.

Website Returns

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any included parts/accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure returns are carefully repackaged similar to how they were received. Please use a suitable shipping box or weather-resistant mailer pouch.  Returns will be refused, or restocking fees assessed at our discretion, if items arrive used, or if items and/or packaging is damaged due to improper packing.

Upon receipt you will promptly receive your refund.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all standard returns.  We recommend obtaining sufficient insurance and delivery tracking for the items. 

Please contact us by email if there is an unexpected problem with your order or any special circumstances that would require its return.  Before shipping the packageplease contact us at orders@ozarkmtc.com (include your order number in the subject line).

Items Returned In-Store

Items - excluding kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and inflatables
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.  Returned items must be in unused, new condition, with all packaging fully intact.  

Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and inflatables
If you determine the kayak, canoe, paddleboard or inflatable is not the perfect fit for you, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to:

  • The returned item must be in new condition, with no scratches or blemishes. 
  • If there are scratches or blemishes, we will need to sell it as a demo, and therefore we will need to discount the exchange or store credit value. 
  • Item must be returned with all paperwork, parts, packaging, and any accessories that were included with the item.
